We were so excited to be with Lia and Heath on their wedding day and to capture their stunning ceremony at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Charlotte.

This cathedral is one of the most beautiful settings for a wedding ever! It has such grandeur, yet also is intimate and welcoming. We just love it!
Rev Efstathios Varvarelis and Rev. Michael Varvarelis conducted the ceremony, which was very moving.
The Father leads Lia and Heath around the table several times, as part of the ceremony.
We must say, that was some kiss!
The couple had set out crayons for children (or anyone else!) at the reception.
First dance at the reception at the Embassy Suites in Concord. The staff there was so helpful and accommodating.
Lia is beautiful as she dances, while guests shower her with money to help the couple begin their married life. We love the tradition, and we love how gorgeous she was dancing.
